Maple Leaf is a middle-level hotel in the face of fierce competition. We provide customers with more choices in the types of hotel rooms for the bigger rooms and better facilities. The service is not very different, so the degree of visibility and credibility will be the determining factor in choosing customers if Maple Leaf hotel needs greater publicity.
Propaganda purposes:
Maple Leaf hotel is aimed to enhance the visibility and establish a corporate image. We use promotional advertising business strategy as the main content by understanding customers through advertising and a way to improve impressions. So our customers have a good impression and recognition, thus indirectly raising the hotel occupancy rate.
We choose 3 kind of different ways:
Print media combined with outdoor media, radio and the internet, the integration of news and advertising media strategy.
Print media: There are major newspapers, magazines, hotels, brochures, promotional banners which can raise hotel monthly sales. A print media is the most traditional media, the dissemination of a wide range of speed, touching a wide range of customers. Hotel advertising can convey correct information to consumers.
Broadcast media: Spread fast and wide dissemination, higher coverage characteristics, as well as round-the-clock. In the production process through language and music, we create the image of the hotel and make the audience feel real warm and use radio advertising to produce simple and inexpensive effects. So we will choose Shanghai and Shanghai Jiaotong music radio broadcast at different times.
Internet Advertising: Shanghai is to meet the major tourist hotels throughout the search and information brokers (travel agents) to understand the Maple Leaf hotel information and feedback. We save in the process of gathering information and it is a very good interactive media mainly through the establishment of their own websites and tourist promotion.
