1、院长助理:1名
Responsibilities:
1. Manage 10-20 staff (local and foreign) and close to 100 students. Recruit and train new staff, and manage their performance.
2. Spearhead marketing campaigns and implement effective marketing strategies to increase the student enrollment. Achieve the quarterly student enrollment growth targets of the institute/program.
3. Familiar with Yunnan provincial enrolment market and willing to get development outside the provinces around, such as Sichuan, Guizhou and Guangxi.
4. Provide business and operations leadership to the institute/program to deliver quality education of the highest standards to our students. Set high customer satisfaction standards for our students and manage the day-to-day operation’s cost effectively.

Requirements:
1. Smart, hardworking, reliable
2. Bachelor’s degree is a minimum
3. Age 32 and above
4. At least 5 years of director/manager experience with foreign enterprise. Experience in education industry will be a plus.
5. Must be proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese

2、BA 外教:2名
Responsibilities:
1. Being able to complete the relevant courses preparation, teaching and test-preparation, marking, etc according to the college curriculum;
2. Being familiar with the classroom climate controlling techniques; being able to motivate students in class and give case studies which let the students take part in the analyzing; being able to explain professional terms and knowledge into the normal language
3. Being able to organize and arrange students to participate in some business activities where they can use their knowledge.
4. Basing on the college requirements, being ableto provide public demonstration lessons.
 
Qualification:
1. Majoring in Tourism Hotel Management, Banking and Financial Management and having Master's degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant professional teaching experience;
2. The well-known lecturers or professors have the priority.
 
3、ESL外教:1名
Responsibilities:
1. According to the college curriculum to complete the ESL courses lesson preparation, teaching and test-preparation, Marking, etc.
2. Having skills on control the classroom climate, motivate the students to participate in the class. 
3. Prepare and teach the Demo classes based on College's requirement 
 
Requirement
1. English is mother language, Master Degree or above, pure English accent, lively and interactive teaching style. 
2. Can be used in bilingual instruction, success experienced with IELTS training is preferred.
 

4Cashier (出纳)
Number: 1 Requirements: • College degree or above, more than three years working experience in same position; have some basic English; • the work of careful, responsible, honest, principled courage; • familiar with the national financial policies, accounting rules to understand the tax regulations and related tax policies, with accounting personnel qualifications. Main Responsibilities: • Responsible for business dealings between the bank, monetary fund management; • financial system in strict accordance with the company's reimbursement of the costs of clearing and preparation of relevant company documents.

5、Education Consultant(教育咨询顾问)

Number: 3 Position Requirements: 1, responsible for the company's long-term and short-term goal to develop and implement marketing activities for customers and sales strategies; 2, customers and the appropriate agency responsible for effective communication, public relations activities on behalf of foreign companies to participate, expanding the company resource network; 3, receive customers, explain to the clients curriculum and the personal circumstances of customer programs accordingly recommended; 4, for its customers and customer contracts related to the procedure; 5, maintaining contact with customers, and interaction of all customers to maintain good relations, contacts and develop potential customers; 6, to help marketing departments to do outdoor campaign. Qualifications: 1, either sex, aged above 25 years old, college education, marketing, sales management, business, etc; 2, with 1 years sales or consulting experience; 3, have good communication and negotiation skills, there are plenty of energy and full of enthusiasm, willing to accept the sales challenges; 4, with the flexibility and adaptability, have team spirit, able to work under pressure; 5, have basic English skills, can carry out simple daily conversation in English ; 6, sales experience and client resources are sufficient, conditions can be relaxed. 7, a counseling or education background highly preferred.
