Audience:
Addressed to all interested students who wish to know more about a career in Visual Communication,
highlighting the many different areas of visual communication, from advertising, packaging, television, animation, illustration, photography, publishing, computer game design etc. with a particular focus on Computer Animation and 3D Graphics.
Objectives:
To make participants aware of the main areas of Visual Communication in both Multimedia and Graphic design
To learn of the importance of Visual Communication in today’s world
To describe the different possible roles of a visual communication designer in China
To enable the participants to explore their own potential as designers and be creative
To discuss the job descriptions typical in the area of Visual Communication
To assist the participants in identifying the most appropriate area for future study
To give an insight into how students are taught in the VC dept at Raffles, by recreating a workshop environment

Graduated from University Of The Arts, Braunschweig, Germany.
